Four shortlistings for Ecommpay at the Women in Tech Employer Awards 2026
Commitment to diversity and valuable support for women recognised
Inclusive global payments platform, Ecommpay, is on the shortlist for two categories of the Women in Tech Employer Awards 2026. The company is nominated for Best Employer (250-1,000 employees) and Best Employer Network for the gender-focused work of its inclusivity programme, Ecommpay for Good. Chief Marketing Officer, Miranda McLean, and Alpa Jotangia, Head of Compliance have also been shortlisted in the Outstanding Advocate for Women in Tech category.
The Women in Tech Employer Awards celebrate the most inspiring organisations, trailblazing innovators and influential leaders in tech, shining a light on employers who are setting new standards for inclusion, opportunity and leadership for women in technology. Winners will be announced at a ceremony in London on 29th September, which will bring together forward-thinking organisations, industry leaders and change-makers committed to closing the gender gap.
Miranda McLean commented: “As a company, we believe that building a better payments industry means building a more inclusive one. We are committed to supporting women and increasing diversity within our business whilst also raising awareness and highlighting opportunities for change within the wider industry. We are incredibly proud that this important work has been recognised by the Women in Tech Awards with these shortlistings. We very much look forward to celebrating with other organisations at the event in September.”
